Steps To Get Started

  1. Download myfitnesspal app or this one

2. Eat primarily lean meats, fruits and veggies

3. Weigh yourself every morning after using the bathroom on the same scale



4. Measure your waist and body fat if you want to measure your progress more accurately


5. Aim for 1 pound per week for weight loss


This is an overly simple guide and is generalized on purpose, but this works and is good enough to get you started.
