Protein Pancakes (Only 2 Ingredients)


This is a tasty protein filled breakfast with only two ingredients that is also gluten free. You can reduce the calories by switching butter for an avocado oil spray, honey for sugar free syrup and replace each whole egg with three egg whites. Eggs are high saturated fat but also high in protein, so adjust your egg white to whole egg ratio appropriate for your fitness goals. Let me know if you like it. You could also add some cinnamon, dark chocolate chips etc
